  • Can My I Cancel My Order?
    Orders can only be canceled if you have not received a tracking/shipping number. Once the item has been shipped out we can no longer cancel or refund. For further questions please submit a contact form.
  • What if my products are damage when received?
    SBX does well to make sure all items are securely packaged and or wrapped. SBX wants all customers to be satisfied and pleased once the item(s) are received. Therefore if any package received has been damaged while traveling with the carrier SBX does not take responsibility. We will do our best to replace items that are in stock. Please contact us for major circumstances so that we can do the necessary research, and help with solving the issue. At times, a refund or product placement maybe issued.

  • Will Splash Bar Xpress be responsible for any health/life experiences after any purchase? (i.e. sickness, death, imprisonment, hangover etc.)
    No, SBX will not be responsible of any health, or life changes after purchases. When making purchases you are making purchases at your own risk. If purchasing any beverage products from SBX, you (customer) understand that SBX promotes drinking responsibly, and in moderation. SBX will not be responsible for any allergens, or any other health related experiences. Please purchase only things you you are for certain will not cause any life threatening or long term effects.
